Before you connect

Please make sure the SKUs on Palmetrics exactly match the SKUs on WooCommerce, otherwise Palmetrics will consider them different products.

What happens after you connect

At the moment, these features are available (in early access):

• Products created on WooCommerce are pulled into and visible on Palmetrics.
  • If a product with the same SKU already exists on Palmetrics, it will be updated with the WooCommerce data instead of creating a new product.
• Updating some fields on Palmetrics will push to WooCommerce:
  • changing the WooCommerce-specific price on Palmetrics will push to WooCommerce

In upcoming updates (to early access), these added features will become available:

• Orders created on WooCommerce will be pulled into and visible on Palmetrics
• Stock levels will sync between all integrations

How to connect

This page will assist you in obtaining the credentials necessary to enter into Palmetrics:

WooCommerce REST API

Connect from Palmetrics

1. Go to Settings
2. Make sure “Early access” is enabled
3. Click “Add integration”
4. Select “WooCommerce” as the channel
5. Enter the store details:
   1. URL: the root domain of your store e.g. example.com
   2. Access Key: enter the Consumer Key (starts with ck_)
   3. Access Secret: enter the Consumer Secret (starts with cs_)
