Can I connect multiple Shopify stores to one Palmetrics company?

Yes. When you connect more than one Shopify store to one Palmetrics company, Palmetrics will pull all products and orders from each of the stores. The important caveat is that if a product exists on more than one of the stores, it will not be duplicated. Palmetrics will consider this as a single product with the same data on all the stores. Therefore, if you change the price (or any other attribute) for the product on Palmetrics, Palmetrics will push this price change to all the Shopify stores.

Can I disconnect the store?

Yes. Select the store on the settings page and click “Disconnect”. This will completely remove the store. All sales from the store will be deleted. Products that only exist on this specific store will be deleted. Products that also exist on other stores (regardless of platform) will not be deleted, and only the data specific to this store will be wiped from the product.
