How the permissions work

Permissions are grouped under the following categories:

• Sales Overview
• Financial Overview
• Takealot Offers
• Takealot Sales
• Takealot Transactions
• Company Notifications
• Company Members
• Company Settings
• Billing
• Subscription
• Customer Invoices

For each section listed above, permissions are assigned progressively, meaning a member can have only one of the three following combinations:

• View
• View and Edit
• View, Edit and Delete

Not all sections have all permissions available. For example, there is nothing that can be “Deleted” under “Billing”, it can only be Viewed and Edited. If a user does not have at least “View” access for a given category then that part of the app will be hidden from them.
