How the Daily Price Reset feature works and when you should use it

Summary

When this setting is enabled, all your auto-price enabled offers will reset to their preferred price very early every morning & will not be auto-priced for the following 2 hours. After the freeze, auto-pricing will resume and your prices will be set to the best price available to win the buybox.

Why should I use it?

Well, ****imagine a scenario where you and one competitor are both competing to win the buybox on an offer.

You and the competitor both keep bidding on a lower price on each update. Eventually, one of you will reach your minimum price and will not go below it, so either you or your competitor will now indefinitely win assuming no further action is taken and no other new competitor shows up to bid on the same offer.

If your competitor is the one who is winning (i.e. their minimum price is lower than yours), you could set your price back up to your preferred price, which might cause your competitor to also increase their price to be just under your new (preferred) price (assuming that the other competitor is using an automated system which is smart enough to increase their price to minimise the lost profit margin), which will cause you to both compete again, alternating turns of winning the buybox.
