Before you connect

Please make sure the SKUs on Palmetrics exactly match the SKUs on Amazon, otherwise Palmetrics will consider them different products.

What happens after you connect

At the moment, these features are available:

• Products created on Amazon are pulled into and visible on Palmetrics.
  • If a product with the same SKU already exists on Palmetrics, it will be updated with the Amazon data instead of creating a new product.
• Updating some fields on Palmetrics will push to Amazon:
  • changing the Amazon-specific price on Palmetrics will push to Amazon

In upcoming updates, these added features will become available:

• Orders created on Amazon will be pulled into and visible on Palmetrics
• Stock levels will sync between all integrations

Connect from Palmetrics

If you have an active Amazon Seller account, all you need to do to connect is:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click “Add integration”
3. Select “Amazon” as the channel
4. Follow the prompts. It will take you to Amazon, back to Palmetrics, again back to Amazon, and your final destination is Palmetrics.

Amazon FAQ

Can I connect multiple Amazon stores to one Palmetrics company?

No. At present, it is only possible to connect one Amazon store to one Palmetrics company. If you have two Amazon Seller accounts, and you’d like to connect both simultaneously, you’ll need to create a second company on Palmetrics.
